Every item in this store is a digital download. Nothing is printed, packed, or shipped. You will not receive a physical item, and no shipping address or shipping fee is required at checkout.
Your download link is delivered automatically by email as soon as your payment is confirmed, and is also available from the order confirmation page. Links remain valid for 365 days and can be downloaded as many times as you need. If your link does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will resend it.
When you buy a pattern you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

Rules about selling finished items vary from designer to designer and are stated inside each pattern. Please follow the terms written in the file you purchase.
All patterns, text, photographs, and graphics on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Siena Market or the original designer. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for the situations in which we do issue a refund or a replacement.
You are responsible for giving us a valid email address. We cannot deliver your file to an address that was entered incorrectly, although we will gladly resend it once you tell us the correct one.
We work to keep the store available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or withdraw products at any time.
Our products are provided as-is for craft and hobby use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the results of your own work made from a pattern.
