How it works

Everything in this shop is a PDF you download and keep. Nothing is posted, nothing arrives in a box, and nothing waits on a courier. Here is exactly what happens when you buy.

From payment to pattern in about a minute

As soon as your payment clears, your download link appears on the confirmation page and lands in your inbox. Open it on a laptop, a tablet, or print it — the file is a standard PDF that any free reader will open. Your link stays live for 365 days with unlimited downloads, so you can come back to it next winter. If it ever goes missing, email us and we will resend it. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check spam first — automated mail loves to hide there.

Frequently asked questions

Is anything shipped to me?
No. Every product is a digital PDF. You will not be asked for a shipping address and you will never pay postage.
What do I need to open the file?
Any free PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install beyond what your device already has.
Can I print the pattern?
Yes — print it as many times as you like for your own use. Most patterns are laid out to print cleanly on A4 and US Letter.
Are the patterns in US or UK terms?
Each product page states which terms the pattern uses, and the abbreviations are listed inside the file.
Can I sell what I make?
Rules differ by designer and are written inside each pattern — please follow them. What you may never do is resell or share the pattern file.
What if I get stuck?
Email us with the pattern name and the row you are on. A real person answers, usually within 1–2 business days.

Refunds, honestly

Digital files cannot be returned, so sales are final. But we will never leave you holding a file you cannot use. If a PDF is corrupted, will not open, is missing pages, is the wrong pattern, or you were charged twice — email us within 14 days. We send a corrected file first, and if we cannot fix it we refund you in full. What we cannot refund: a change of mind after downloading, buying the wrong size or technique when it was stated on the product page, or a finished piece that did not turn out as hoped. Before you ask for a refund, ask us for help — most problems are one confusing line.
