Return & Refund Policy

The short version

Because our patterns are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. That said, we will never leave you stuck with a file you cannot use — see below.

When we do refund or replace

Email us within 14 days of your order and we will make it right if:

• the file is corrupted, will not open, or will not print;
• you received a different pattern from the one you ordered;
• you were charged twice for the same pattern;
• the pattern is missing pages, charts, or sections described on the product page.

In these cases we will send a corrected file first. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• You bought the wrong size, weight, or technique by mistake — all of this is listed on the product page before you buy.
• The finished item did not turn out as you hoped. Results depend on your yarn, hook or needles, and personal tension.
• You do not have software to open a PDF. Any free PDF reader will open our files.

Stuck on a pattern?

Ask us before you ask for a refund. If a row or a chart is not making sense, email us and we will walk you through it. Most "I want a refund" messages turn out to be one confusing line that takes two minutes to clear up.
